When making a booking or enquiry we will collect only the required data needed to complete the booking /enquiry. This may include the following: Full Name. Payment details. Contact information such as an Email Address or a Phone Number. Billing Address, and associated Post Codes. We may request and store the same information to allow us to confirm bookings and request feedback on completion of your stay.

We use your data for the following purposes: To respond to your enquiry To process your booking and take payment. In-house record keeping/accounting. To improve our services and products through feedback request on completion of your stay. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we periodically send promotional emails about special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We only hold your personal information for the minimum necessary time. For purposes such as business accounting requirements, the length of time is determined by legislation.

If you do not wish us to retain your contact details or wish to know what information we hold, please notify us via the contact us page or email. This will ensure your data is removed from our records, within our legal obligations. However, this will mean that should you conduct any future business with us, you will need to provide this information again. We conduct regular Malware scans to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. All transactions we directly process are processed through a Barclay Card terminal, your credit card details are not stored or processed on our servers. If you enquire or book via third party sites we advertise on please check their privacy policy and security policies. Our website booking portal is provided by Free To Book and is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts sensitive information. We do not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. However, in the course of using the website, or signing up to offers, some third party administration is necessary.

We also use Free to Book online booking platform to process your booking, send your booking confirmation and collect online reviews.
