We collect information from you when you make a booking or enquiry, fill out a form, or subscribe to our newsletter.

What personal information do we collect?

When making a booking or enquiry we will collect only the required data needed to complete the booking /enquiry. This may include the following: Full Name. Payment details. Contact information such as an Email Address or a Phone Number. Billing Address, and associated Post Codes. We may request and store the same information to allow us to confirm bookings, take payment for your booking and request feedback on completion of your stay.

What do we do with your information?

We use your data for the following purposes: To respond to your enquiry To process your booking and take payment. In-house record keeping/accounting. To improve our services and products through feedback request on completion of your stay. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we periodically send promotional emails about special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How long do we keep your personal information for?

We only hold your personal information for the minimum necessary time. For purposes such as business accounting requirements, the length of time is determined by legislation.

How can you control our use of your personal information?

If you do not wish us to retain your contact details or wish to know what information we hold, please notify us via the contact us page or email. This will ensure your data is removed from our records, within our legal obligations. However, this will mean that should you conduct any future business with us, you will need to provide this information again. With regard to the newsletter subscription, you have the right to unsubscribe or delete any of your data collected via your Mailer Lite preferences (you will find the unsubscribe/delete link on every newsletter you receive).


We conduct regular Malware scans to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Previously transactions we directly processed were processed through a Barclay Card terminal, your credit card details are not stored or processed on our servers. If you provide payment information, this will be processed directly by secure PCI Level 1 compliant payment gateway providers. If you enquire or book via third party sites we advertise on please check their privacy policy and security policies. Our website booking portal is provided by Free To Book and is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts sensitive information and Stripe payment gateway for online bookings and payments. We do not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. However, in the course of using the website, booking online or signing up to offers, some third party administration is necessary.

Mailer Lite (Email subscription for newsletters and any special offers via explicit consent by you).

We also use Free to Book online booking platform to process your booking, send your booking confirmation and collect online reviews.
